Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Sales Staff. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding customers through purchasing decisions via phone, email, and online platforms. Sales Staff will be responsible for meeting sales targets, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or sales tracking tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support. Daily tasks also include monitoring market trends, collecting customer feedback, and sharing insights to help improve sales strategies and promotional activities. The role requires consistent communication, proactive outreach, and adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a remote environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear customer explanations.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, online communication platforms, and basic office software.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on relationship building, handling queries, and resolving issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized while handling multiple prospects and tasks.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related sales roles is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
• Comfort working with diverse customers and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory customer interactions.
