Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based at our Kochi training center. The Sales Staff member will engage prospective learners through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, explain course offerings and certification pathways, and guide them toward suitable training programs. Responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, scheduling and conducting consultations or demos, following up with prospects, and supporting enrollment processes from initial contact to registration. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with training and marketing teams on campaigns, and providing ongoing support to learners regarding schedules, fees, and program updates. The Sales Staff member will contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets while delivering a professional and learner-focused service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and closing enrollments.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity training, certifications, or IT education markets, or a strong interest in learning about these domains.
• Competence in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms for managing leads and reporting.
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in education sales, training institutes, or EdTech is preferred but not mandatory.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline is beneficial; equivalent practical experience in sales or customer service will also be considered.
