Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Storii Miles is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable packages, and close sales for domestic and international travel offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up with leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth booking experiences and high customer satisfaction, while meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also involves participating in promotional activities, staying updated on destination knowledge and travel trends, and providing input to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients and build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead handling, negotiation, and working towards defined revenue targets.
• Experience in Training related to sales or customer interaction, enabling knowledge sharing and team support.
• Background in travel, hospitality, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM or booking systems, and data entry accuracy.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, tourism, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory when supported by strong experience.
• Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to service and sales.
