Requirement

• - Graduate from a recognized university, preferably with a science background.

• - Proven capability in channel and distribution management.
• - Comfortable having meaningful, technical discussions with optometrists.
• - Ability to understand specialty products and work effectively in niche market segments.
• - Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills.
• - Customer-focused, agile, and responsive to market dynamics and customer needs.
• - Flexible to travel extensively within the assigned territory
