Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves leading sales initiatives for loan and credit products, managing business development activities, and achieving revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning for expanding Rupeeboss's market presence. The role also requires mentoring sales team members and promoting high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Management abilities, including planning, team coordination, and target achievement
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and business performance
• Proven Sales expertise in financial products or related sectors, with a record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Relationship Manager - 1 to 2 Years of experience in Sales of Loans and Insurance.
• Senior Relationship Manager - 2 to 4 Years of experience in Sales of Loans and Insurance.
• Business Manager - 4 to 6 Years of experience in Sales of Loans and Insurance along with team management skills.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC distribution is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and comfort with digital sales platforms
