Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote Aquanomics products and solutions across water treatment, water handling, and swimming pool segments. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiating terms to close sales in line with company targets. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support, and providing feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, trade events, and internal sales reviews, contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline development, account management, and target achievement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and support long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product briefings, educate customers and partners, and support internal sales enablement.
• Proven experience in industrial, engineering, or water treatment-related sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work independently, manage territory priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, site assessments, and industry events as required.
