Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will manage and grow sales for Aeroaids industrial and automotive product lines by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. Daily responsibilities include visiting and engaging OEMs, vendors, distributors, and retailers; presenting product solutions; conducting product demonstrations; and providing technical and commercial support. The Senior Sales Executive will prepare and negotiate proposals, track orders, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and service, and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts. This role also involves market research, competitor analysis, participation in trade events, and collaboration with management to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiating deals.
• Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service within industrial or automotive sectors.
• Ability to understand technical product details and applications, preferably related to coatings, paints, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting/analytics for sales tracking.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in B2B sales to OEMs, industrial customers, or automotive aftermarket is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions and to customer sites as required.
