Purpose of this position / Position summary

Support the Region to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets

Primary duties and responsibilities

- Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory. -

Responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territory.

- Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers.

- Will be responsible for distributor handling.

- Active participation in partnership program.

- Supporting BTL activities with key accounts. - Strategize in driving business successfully in territory.

- Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel Primary duties and responsibilities

- Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. - Preferred) - Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA - Marketing / Sales

- Experience - Candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in Consumer products industry. Strong channel distribution management skills
