Role Summary:

The role involves:

• Achieving the revenue target assigned for the month, year through collaborated efforts with the team.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to the existing clientele.
• Exploring new opportunities for sales and acquire new business for the organizations solutions and products.
• Collaborating with the internal stakeholders for preparing RFQ, RFP in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with the plant operations time for timely production of the required products.
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain Team for timely dispatch of the finished products.
• Collaborating with the Finance and Commercial Teams for pricing and costing of the products.
• Supporting the team to achieve their individual targets and overall team target.
• Undertake strategic initiatives for the region and organization to increase the market share in a competitive landscape.
• Understanding of the customer issues and provide unique solutions to the clients and resolve their concerns with regards to flexible packaging.
• Understanding the packaging landscape and quickly utilize the opportunity to create a long-term association with the customers.
• Analysing trends and statistics for the region and provide appropriate solutions.
