Sales Specialist - Cross Border Payments

Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and activation across assigned territories.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Develop relationships with founders, exporters, finance leaders, and key business decision-makers.
• Drive customer onboarding, activation, and transaction growth.
• Own acquisition, TPV (Transaction Processing Volume), and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, Partnerships, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer success.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth and product enhancement.

Core Segments

• Global Marketplace Sellers (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.)
  • D2C Exporters (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento & Custom Platforms)
  • B2B Exporters
  • Service Exporters
  • SaaS & Software Companies

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, or Fintech Sales
• Experience in Cross Border Payment, Fintech, Payment Gateways, International Collections, Merchant Acquiring, Export Ecosystem, E-commerce & Marketplace Businesses.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of Cross Border Payments and International Collections.
• Knowledge of Virtual Accounts and International Payment Solutions.
• Strong Business Development and Relationship Management Skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
