Role & responsibilities

a) Sales and Service Management
Oversee day-to-day sales and service activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of chemical treatment programs.

b) Business Development
Identify and engage potential customers to drive business growth and expand market presence.

c) Customer Base Knowledge
Maintain a strong understanding of the customer base, including operational needs, challenges, and expectations.

d) Reporting and Documentation
Prepare detailed service reports and performance summaries; submit timely documentation to customers and internal stakeholders.

e) Site Performance and KPI Management
Monitor and evaluate site performance; take corrective actions to maintain agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

f) Water Chemistry Expertise
Apply in-depth knowledge of water chemistry to troubleshoot issues, optimize chemical dosing, and improve treatment efficiency.

g) Operation Knowledge
Ensure proper functioning of critical equipment such as cooling towers, Boiler, RO, and other related instruments.

h) Monthly Reviews and Presentations
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and review presentations to communicate site performance and improvement plans.

i) Customer Complaint Handling
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

j) Operational Oversight
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted chemical operations at the customer site through proactive service and coordination.

k) Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
