Sales & Service Engineer - Medical Equipment's

Vissco Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to join our team and promote our cutting-edge Vissco Johari digital health products. This role is crucial in expanding our presence and building strong relationships with physiotherapists across respective locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
• Actively promote and sell Vissco Johari digital health products to physiotherapists and related healthcare professionals.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research within the assigned territories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company through Vissco Johari Dealers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

2.Relationship Building and Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapists, clinics, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territories.
• Understand the unique needs and requirements of physiotherapists and customize product offerings accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

3. Customer Service and Technical Support:

• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to existing clients including dealers and physiotherapists, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Vissco Johari products, either remotely or through on-site visits.
• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and training to ensure optimal usage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vissco Johari product features, specifications, and updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain record of all service / technical issues.

4.Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the digital health industry, particularly in the physiotherapy domain.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline).

• 2-3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or physiotherapy industry.

• Strong understanding of digital health products with a focus on physiotherapy applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to physiotherapists and healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using computers and applications related to sales and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territories as required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable mode of transportation.
