We are hiring Sales & Service Engineer for Kolkata location for leading Manufacturing Company

Qualification: Diploma Engineer / ITI / B.Sc / BBA

Experience: 1-5 years Fresher / Entry-Level (Freshers Welcome)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and product promotion
• Provide basic technical service and support to customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare daily visit reports and update sales/service records
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service resolution
• Travel locally to customer sites as required

Requirements & Skills

• Qualification: Diploma Engineer / ITI / B.Sc / BBA (Any relevant stream)
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship or field experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
