We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales & Service Coordinator to support the Sales and Service teams with customer calling, daily coordination, sales and service reporting, data analysis, follow-ups, and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking customer inquiries and pending activities, preparing reports, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely sales and service operations.

Job responsibilities:

1. Make calling to customers for sales and service follow-ups.

2. Support the sales team with daily coordination and follow-ups.

3. Support the service team with customer calls and service follow-ups.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & service reports.

5. Analyze sales and service reports and share updates with management.

6. Track pending calls, customer inquiries, sales leads, and service requests.

7. Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and service requirements.

8. Maintain accurate customer and call records.

9. Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for pending activities.

10. Prepare MIS reports as required.

11. Provide regular updates on sales and service performance.

12. Handle other coordination and administrative activities as required.
