Job Summary

Per Diem Therapy Xperts, Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing US Healthcare Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential US healthcare clients, initiating conversations, developing relationships, following up on leads, and supporting the team in generating new staffing opportunities. Previous experience in US healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, B2B sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential US healthcare clients.
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients.
• Introduce PDTX staffing services to healthcare agencies, facilities, and other potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client staffing needs and communicate requirements to the recruitment team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients.
• Schedule meetings and calls with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in developing new client accounts and staffing opportunities.
• Meet individual and team sales/business development targets.
• Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to ensure client requirements are addressed.
• Perform other business development activities as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to US clients.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to convert leads into opportunities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Previous US healthcare or B2B sales experience is preferred.

Tools & Technology Skills

Candidates with experience using the following tools will be preferred:

CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar, & Lead gen platforms like LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io

Candidates with knowledge of the US healthcare industry will have an advantage, particularly experience with:
