About the Company

Sakha Spices is a fast-growing brand making pure, machine-cleaned, high-quality whole spices (sabut masale). We are looking for active and hardworking Field Sales Representatives to join our team and grow with us.

Role & responsibilities:

• Make New Dealers & Distributors: Travel across the assigned territory to appoint new super stockists, wholesale dealers, and key retail partners.
• General Trade (GT) Expansion: Build a strong General Trade network in local grocery markets and ensure Sakha Spices are available in top stores.
• Order & Supply Management: Take primary and secondary orders from dealers, coordinate timely dispatches, and ensure smooth stock rotation in the market.
• Market Coverage: Regularly visit local wholesale hubs, mandis, and retail clusters to expand market reach.
• Payment Collection: Responsible for timely payment collections from dealers as per company credit terms.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for your assigned city/region.
• Market Feedback: Keep an eye on competitor activities, pricing, and scheme trends in the local market.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of solid experience in FMCG sales, General Trade (GT), channel sales, or dealing with wholesale/distributor networks.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation.
• Local Market Knowledge: Strong existing contacts with local spice/food grain traders, wholesale dealers, and Kirana store networks in Jaipur / Mandi / Rudrapur.

Must Have:

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Android smartphone for daily reporting and order taking.

Strong negotiation skills, target-driven mindset, and high energy for field work.
