Role & Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, online research, and other channels.
• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients for exhibitions and event-related services.
• Understand client requirements and explain relevant products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospective clients.
• Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using MS Excel/CRM.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline to the reporting manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 - 3+ years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
• Any Graduate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client handling, and regular follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and professional.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Candidates with experience in B2B, exhibitions, events, advertising, or marketing will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates residing in or around Malakpet, preferably within a 1215 km radius of the office, will be preferred.
