Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing immigration team. In this role, you will drive business growth by turning cold leads into loyal clients.

Role & responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls to targeted leads to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet them.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, communications, and account statuses within our CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Proven track record in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or client retention roles (Service industry experience preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, empathetic phone presence.
• Resilience: Strong objection-handling skills and the emotional resilience required for high-volume cold calling.
