Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or trading sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, client-facing approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn about medical healthcare products.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Proactively contact existing and prospective clients to promote Nova Medtech's medical products, ongoing offers, and new launches.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify sales leads, build rapport with prospects, and convert leads into confirmed orders in line with sales targets.

Order Follow-up: Track pending orders, coordinate internally with the relevant teams to ensure timely delivery, and keep clients informed at every stage of the order lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and strengthen long-term business relationships.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on Nova Medtech's product range, industry trends, and competitor activity to position offerings effectively.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, conversions, and order status using the company's CRM/reporting systems.
