Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Sales Representative (m/w/) für den Geschäftsbereich Commercial Branding and Transportation Division in Nordostdeutschland haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: In der Rolle als Sales Representative (m/w/) setzen Sie die Vertriebsstrategie für den Converter-Markt in Nordostdeutschland um und steigern den Marktanteil bei bestehenden sowie potenziellen Kunden, indem Sie 3M als bevorzugten Partner für Grafikfolien positionieren und die Marke sowie Technologien von 3M erfolgreich vertreten. Sie stärken die Kundenbeziehungen zu Convertern mit besonderem Fokus auf den Ausbau des Loyalty-Programms. Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, z. B. Technical Support, Marketing, Distribution Sales Team und Key Account Team, um neue Projekte zu identifizieren, zu gewinnen und erfolgreich zu betreuen. Zusätzlich repräsentieren Sie 3M auf relevanten Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen. Ebenfalls teilen Sie Markttrends und Best Practices innerhalb der 3M Organisation. ​

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen   Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Bachelorabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Fundierte Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von technischen Produkten Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zu umfangreicher Reisetätigkeit in der Region Nordostdeutschland, mehr als 3 Tage pro Woche Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen zur Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation von Vertriebsaktivitäten ​ Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse im Grafikmarkt und/oder mit entsprechenden Produktlösungen Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem großen und komplexen Unternehmensumfeld ​

Stellenbezogene Informationen: Reiseanteil : Kann bis zu maximal 80 % inländische Reisetätigkeit umfassen
