Sales Representative - Field Marketing

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Sales Representative for field marketing in Pune and PCMC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Sales Lead Generation

• Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
• Promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into successful sales orders.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations as required.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Market Research Reporting

• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
• Suggest strategies to improve market reach and sales performance.

Coordination Follow-up

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
• Follow up with clients for payments and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of field sales or marketing experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
