Role Description The Sales Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for building and managing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and recommending suitable property solutions. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting the closing of sales transactions. The Sales Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and a smooth customer experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting key metrics, and contributing to local business development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Communication skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead conversion, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to interpret pricing, assess investment value, and explain financial aspects of property transactions.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or customer-facing roles in related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, maintain professional conduct during client interactions, and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with basic proficiency in CRM tools and office productivity software.
