Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the international manpower recruitment market.
• Build and maintain strong direct client and overseas agent networks.
• Bring international recruitment requirements for skilled and semi-skilled manpower.
• Identify potential clients/agents through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, networking and market research.
• Handle client discussions, understand manpower requirements and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate sourcing, screening and deployment.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with international clients and agents to generate repeat business.
• Develop long-term relationships with overseas clients, agencies and business partners.
• Maintain sales pipeline, client database and regular MIS.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in International Recruitment / Manpower / Business Development.
• Existing international market contacts Gulf, Middle East with direct clients and/or overseas agents preferred.
• Experience in skilled and semi-skilled manpower recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of international/Gulf manpower markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability to generate business through networking and cold calling.
