Sales Quality & Lead Monitoring Executive

Description

We are seeking a Sales Quality & Lead Monitoring Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring sales calls and leads to ensure quality standards are met, providing valuable feedback to enhance overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales calls to ensure counsellors follow the prescribed counselling script and sales process.
• Track lead received time vs. first-call time and report delayed or missed calls.
• Verify the accuracy of lead stages/statuses updated by counsellors in the CRM.
• Monitor follow-ups on leads and identify gaps in lead management.
• Call RNR (Ring No Response) leads to improve lead connectivity.
• Monitor counsellor response time and follow-up on Interakt.
• Identify uncontacted, unattended, or poorly followed-up leads and take corrective action.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on call quality, lead response time, stage accuracy and connectivity.
• Identify recurring gaps in counsellor performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Continuously work on improving lead connectivity, response time and overall sales process adherence.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales quality
• Strong call monitoring & quality assessment skills
• Good knowledge of CRM & lead management
• Strong follow-up and lead tracking skills
• Good data analysis, reporting & attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem-solving & process management skills
