Sales Quality Analyst

• Monitor sales activities, lead follow-ups, demos, and closures for quality and process compliance.
• Track and review the Sales CRM daily to ensure timely updates and accurate lead/opportunity status.
• Verify CRM data, sales activities, follow-ups, and closure details for accuracy.
• Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers for order processing and documentation.
• Track quotations, PIs, payments, orders, dispatches, and pending actions.
• Check pricing, product details, customer information, and sales documents for accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
• Identify process gaps, errors, and documentation issues and ensure timely corrections.
• Maintain sales records and support management with sales quality analysis and process improvement.
