Sales Procurement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the IT services & consulting industry.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets, providing guidance on solution selling, customer engagement, and account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to identify new business opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions around product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in cloud sales, ERP sales, IT sales or similar field.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, solution sales, or sourcing head roles.
• Strong understanding of cost optimization techniques for maximum revenue maximization.
• Experience working with Oracle products or solutions is an asset.
