Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales & Pricing role is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on driving revenue growth and maintaining competitive pricing strategies in the freight and logistics domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential clients, presenting service offerings, and preparing accurate quotations and pricing proposals in line with market trends and company policies. The role involves negotiating rates and contracts, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing responsive customer service throughout the sales cycle. The team member will collaborate with operations and finance to ensure feasible pricing, support client onboarding and training on services, and regularly review performance reports to optimize sales strategies and profitability.

• Relevant experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain services is beneficial.
• Ability to work with pricing tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis to prepare competitive quotations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and proposals simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
