About this role
Key Responsibilities
• Handle client enquiries, quotations & shipment updates through CRM
• Coordinate Sea & Air Freight shipments
• Obtain competitive rates from overseas agents & local partners
• Prepare Buying, Selling & DAP/DDP costing & quotations
• Verify target rates, margins, insurance & local charges
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Accounts & Invoicing
• Verify agent debit notes & quoted charges
• Maintain strong client & overseas agent relationships
• Identify repeat business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
- Freight forwarding experience is a must
- Experience in both Sea & Air Freight
- Sales coordination, pricing & quotations experience
- CRM experience in enquiries, quotations & shipment updates
- Knowledge of DAP/DDP costing & quotations
- Qatar freight-forwarding processes & documentation is an added advantage
- Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
