Role & responsibilities

• Handle leads and enquiries generated through digital marketing and other sources.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, and investment benefits clearly.
• Conduct and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the management and documentation team to facilitate property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be proficient in English and Kanada
