Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in DISCOM liaisoning and stakeholder management.
• Established relationships and working network with KESCO officials.
• Good understanding of the DISCOM ecosystem, processes, and operational requirements.
• Strong local presence and knowledge of the KESCO operating area.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with DISCOM officials for metering, approvals, field operations, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately or at short notice
