Sales Operations Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations as per business requirements.
• Handle end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processing and order management.
• Coordinate with customers for quotation approvals and order confirmation.
• Track sales opportunities and maintain accurate sales records.
• Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Customer Success teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accuracy of customer information and opportunity status.
• Generate and publish sales MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
• Support sales administration activities and documentation management.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and documentation standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Sales Coordination.
• Strong experience in quotation preparation and PO processing.
• Experience handling MIS reports and sales performance tracking.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.
• Experience in Software, SaaS, ERP, IT Services, or Technology organizations is preferred.
