About the Role

OPAL HOMZ is hiring a Sales Operations / Revenue Operations professional to work closely with the Founder and Sales Team.

This is NOT a telecalling or direct sales role.

The role focuses on Sales MIS, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, lead tracking, sales funnel monitoring, reporting and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily Sales MIS, CRM & Excel/Google Sheets trackers
• Track leads, follow-ups, meetings and site visits
• Monitor the complete sales funnel from Lead Meeting Site Visit Negotiation Booking
• Track hot leads, pending follow-ups and missed opportunities
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for timely data updates
• Prepare daily & weekly MIS reports for management
• Analyse salesperson and lead-source performance
• Identify stale leads, funnel gaps and missed follow-ups
• Maintain property inventory, seller records and buyer pipelines
• Support the Founder/Management with sales reporting and analysis

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable with formulas, filters & basic dashboards
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with numbers and reports
• Organized, responsible and proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Real Estate experience is NOT mandatory.
