Sales Operations Manager

 Technical & Functional Skills:

- 7 - 10 years of business operations, customer operations, sales operations experience or systems integration environment

- Understanding of ADP Business and Products is a must, exposure to Finance, Sales Ops, System Integration is an added plus.

- Ability to assess problems in a structured fashion and identify key issues to solve.

- Work well under pressure, with intense prioritization along with timely and transparent communication.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to partner with Sales and other internal cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Legal, and Pricing.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Ability to contribute in multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and Work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution.

- Excellent understanding of visualization techniques

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Critical Thinking: Data story telling must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

- Strong motivational, organizational & time management skills

- Flexible, adaptive & proactive

- Ability to work in alignment with the implementation/operations/service and Product/GPT teams.

- Willingness to work in different time zones

- Strong Excel, Sales Enablement Tools (Salesforce CRM, GONG, Seismic, etc.), MSWord and PowerPoint skills.

-Strong understanding of cross functional coordination across multiple departments (e.g., engineering, finance)

-Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and driving results through effective leadership.
