Sales Operations Executive

Job Description:

This job requires the incumbent to work 6 days a week from office.

Location : Udyog Kendra - 1, Ecotech -3, Greater Noida West.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the sales team.
• Follow up on orders & payment recovery
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Enthusiastic towards customer's query solving and escalation handling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field or any graduate.
• A minimum of 6months - 02 Years experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
