Sales Operations Executive - Large Corporate

Role & responsibilities

1. Support Sales Leadership with Reports: Provide daily, weekly and monthly data support to National and Regional Sales Managers by generating timely business reports as requested.
2. Data Extraction and Analytics: Obtain and analyze data from multiple sources to prepare analytical dashboards and MIS using required tools.
3. Business & Productivity MIS: Collate and analyze branch and sales-related information to generate business statistics and productivity MIS for leadership review.
4. Administrative Coordination: Manage regional administrative tasks including contest payout summaries, coordinating conference calls, booking venues, arranging logistics and meals.
5. Performance Review Preparation: Prepare monthly performance review reports for area, cluster and territory teams.
6. Senior Staff Support: Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to senior staff, including tracking travel bills and HR documents to ensure timely processing.
7. Risk Assessment: Continuously assess risks across processes and data to support informed and timely decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream having knowledge in data management and sales support for a Corporate line of Business
