Sales Operations Executive - Commercials & Contracts

Role Summary:

Responsible for pre- and post-dispatch collection follow-ups, receivables tracking, and contract/PO verification to support smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track debtor ageing and follow up with customers for timely collections.
• Handle pre-dispatch and post-dispatch payment follow-ups and update outcomes in Zoho CRM.
• Review contracts/POs for scope, pricing, payment terms, and validity.
• Identify deviations and coordinate with Managers and customers for clean POs/contracts.
• Follow up on overdue and disputed invoices.
• Prepare weekly reports on receivables, overdue payments, and disputes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Execution teams for commercial closure.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial, Accounts Receivable, Contract Administration, or Sales Operations.
• B2B/Engineering/Industrial experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Tally/ERP and CRM.
• Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
