Sales Operations & CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Tally Prime Data Entry & Record Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Tally Prime
• Record item codes, product descriptions, quantities, and prices accurately.

2. Zoho CRM Customer & Project Data Management

• Maintain accurate and updated customer, contact, lead and project information in Zoho CRM.
• Maintain data consistency between Zoho CRM, Tally Prime

4. Sales Team Coordination

• Follow up with sales colleagues for missing data, approvals, quantities, prices and supporting documents.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or a related discipline.
• Experience managing product samples, inventory records,
• Experience in CRM software Tally, would be advantage
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM full time or 5 hours according to agreement for Part time as operate a KPO/BPO
• Part-time candidates may also be considered, depending on their experience, availability and suitability for the role.
