Sales Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, generate qualified leads, coordinate with the sales team, and contribute to new client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills, along with a results-oriented approach.

Role & responsibilities :

Sales Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer, prospect, and sales databases/CRM.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, quotations, and sales closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Lead Generation

• Identify and generate new business leads through online research, databases, social media, networking, references, and other channels.
• Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify potential clients.

New Client Acquisition

• Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's products/services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team to develop suitable solutions.
