Sales Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming material from suppliers and transporters
• Verify quantities. Inspect the material for visible damage or shortage
• Support unloading with manual handling, a forklift or a hydra. Make sure each item is tagged and ready for storage
• Assist in the daily cycle counts and stock checks
• Pick items accurately against the system order list. Handle panels and inverters with care
• Confirm the quantity and the SKU before dispatch
• Use the mobile app or the WMS for order and stock updates
• Support field and sales activities as required
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience and Skills

• 1 to 4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or operations
• Comfortable with the handling of physical inventory
• Basic familiarity with mobile apps or warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must own a two-wheeler for local movement
• Must live within a 10 km radius of the assigned hub
