What would you do

• Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
• The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sales and support roles
• Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management. What are we looking for
• Primary skill - Order Management - P1
• System Navigation
• o Proficiency in navigating ERPs, customer request systems and Outlook to complete assigned tasks.
• Process Adherence
• o Follows documented workflows, policies, and standard work to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• 1+ years of experience in a Shared Services or customer support role.
• Experience in a high-volume processing environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or ERP platforms

• o Interpret customer requests and complete transactions in alignment with defined processes and expected outcomes.
