Sales Officer

Role & Responsibilities

1. Drive General Trade sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
2. Develop and expand the distributor and retailer network to strengthen market penetration and product availability.
3. Drive primary and secondary sales, ensuring consistent business growth and achievement of distribution targets.
4. Manage retailer relationships, conduct regular market visits and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
5. Ensure product visibility, merchandising, in-store promotions and brand presence across retail outlets.
6. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and consumer preferences to identify business opportunities.
7. Track distributor performance, outstanding payments, stock availability and order fulfilment to ensure smooth market operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in Women's Innerwear, Apparel or FMCG.
2. Strong experience in distributor management, retailer development and secondary sales execution.
3. Good understanding of the General Trade distribution network and retail market dynamics.
4. Experience in handling territory-level sales operations and achieving business targets.
5. Strong market execution skills with the ability to drive numeric distribution and product penetration.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
7. Graduate in any discipline, with strong commercial acumen and willingness to undertake extensive field travel.
