Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to handle general trade sales for our snacks, namkeen, and beverages products. The candidate will be responsible for developing the market, building relationships with retailers and distributors, achieving sales targets, and increasing product availability across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, and other general trade outlets to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at retail outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate with the distribution team.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product pricing.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, as per company policy.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular market updates.
• Implement promotional schemes and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
