Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years sales experience in Fertilizer or Cement Industry
- Prior experience in Fertilizer, Cement or Chemical industries is mandatory
- Exposure to large-scale industrial procurement environments will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not always required)
- Sales or customer service certifications (added advantage)
