Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in auto finance, car finance, and used car loan segments.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective communication with customers and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity in the automobile industry.
• Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in auto sales or related field (auto finance, car sales).
• Strong understanding of auto loans, car finance, used car loan products.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
