HIRING | SALES OFFICERS FMCG
M/s Maa Tarini Products (Ruchak) is looking for experienced Sales Officers to join our growing FMCG sales team across Odisha.
Industry: FMCG Snacks, Namkeen & Packaged Food
Job Locations:
Anugul | Ganjam | Balesore | Puri | Dhenkanal | Kandhamal | Kendrapada | Jagatsinghpur
Salary: 18,000 22,000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in FMCG Sales
Experience in Snacks/Namkeen/Food categories preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives for the assigned district
• Appoint and manage distributors, retailers and stockists
• Conduct regular market visits for order generation and relationship building
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets
• Coordinate with the distribution team for timely product delivery
• Execute marketing and trade promotion activities
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports on time
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant FMCG sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the local market and retail network in the assigned district
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
