Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and cold calling.
• Promote and sell deposit products, investment plans, and financial services to

potential clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
• Collection of daily and recurring deposits.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Explain product features, benefits and advantages.
• Address customer queries and provide customized financial solutions.

1. Target Achievement & Reporting

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
• Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on market feedback.
• Achievement of yearly goal sheets

Experience: MFI/NBFC/Banking preferred, Freshers can apply

Note: Two-Wheeler is Mandatory with valid Driving License.
