Sales Officer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
• Manage retailers, distributors, and market outlets in the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales through regular market visits.
• Develop new outlets and expand market coverage.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
• Implement company schemes, promotions, and trade offers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Ensure timely order booking and collection follow-ups.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and market reports to the reporting manager.
