Job Responsibilities:

Handle and manage complete primary & secondary sales for Ludhiana City.

Appoint, manage and grow the network of Distributors, Super Stockists and Retailers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability in the market.

Keep track of competitor activities (Verka, Amul, Mother Dairy, Bonn, Harvest, etc.).

Manage distributor stock, expiry, claims and timely payment collection.

Daily market visit and reporting to the Sales Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Must have strong knowledge of all Milk Distributors in Ludhiana Market - Compulsory.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Dairy / Milk / Bread / FMCG Sales.Must be a resident of Ludhiana City.Must have his own bike.

Good communication, negotiation and distributor handling skills.Graduate in any stream.
