• Strong FMCG background with experience in General Trade
• Proven track record of delivering business targets and KPIs
• Strong Distributor Management capabilities
• Prior experience managing Bathinda and nearby markets with in-depth market understanding
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Should be a Localite or have worked in the Bathinda Territory & have market familiarity.
• Must have handled Contest related to brands or SKUs on a regular basis.
