Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling various financial products such as home loans, insurance policies, and savings accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in banking sales or related field (e.g., insurance sales).
• Strong knowledge of banking products including home loan sales, CASA sales, insurance sales, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
